About TRE

David Berceli’s tension and trauma releasing exercises are an amazing tool for helping the body let go of deep, chronic patterns. They are remarkably simple and the process of change they facilitate is very easy to self regulate. The goal of the exercises is to start a self directed tremoring process. The tremors are deeply natural and  release tension and trauma held in the body. Once you have learnt the exercises, and can feel and allow the tremors, you just let the body do its own healing and clearing out of overwhelming experiences. It really can be that easy.

TRE communities are spreading quickly around the world, but it has been surprisingly slow to take off in the UK. We are hoping to generate some interest so that people in London, UK and Ireland can access and use these very powerful exercises. In 2011 we ran tw overt successful Level 1 courses in London and Steve ran a monthly group. The monthly groups will continue in London 2012 and there are Level One courses planned for Dublin in April and London in November.  The main TRE website is the best place go for further explanations, and to check on courses around the world.
